春のはじまりにぴったりの、華やかな限定プリンが登場しました。

苺のブリュレキャラメルプリン

香ばしくブリュレしたキャラメルプリンに、

焦がし苺カラメル、苺マリネ、いちごミルクアイスを重ね、

カカオラムホイップで仕上げました。

パリッとしたブリュレの食感、

苺の甘酸っぱさ、キャラメルのほろ苦さ。

To celebrate the arrival of spring,

we are introducing a beautifully layered seasonal dessert.

Strawberry Brûlée Caramel Pudding

A caramel pudding finished with a crisp brûléed top,

layered with caramelized strawberry sauce, marinated strawberries, strawberry milk ice cream,

and cacao rum whipped cream.

The crack of caramelized sugar,

the sweetness and brightness of strawberries,

and the gentle bitterness of caramel come together in this March-only dessert.
